Inclusive workplaces don't happen by chance. They are built through everyday actions.
Creating an inclusive work environment doesn't always require major changes. Often, small adjustments in communication, recruitment, onboarding, or workplace organisation can make a significant difference for neurodivergent employees.

Meet the Partner: KMOP (Greece)

KMOP is one of Greece's leading organisations in the fields of social innovation, inclusion, education, and lifelong learning, with almost 50 years of experience in designing and implementing impactful initiatives across Europe.

As a partner in the Unveiling Potentials project, KMOP brings valuable expertise in social inclusion, research, training development, and stakeholder engagement, helping to create innovative resources that will support employers and trainers in fostering more inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent individuals.

On 2 July, the partners of the Unveiling Potentials project met online for their monthly consortium meeting to review the progress of the project's ongoing activities.
The meeting provided an opportunity to assess the work completed so far, coordinate the tasks currently under development, and ensure that all partners remain aligned as the project moves forward.
With the summer period ahead, the consortium also agreed on the work plan for the coming months, ensuring that key activities continue according to schedule. The partners will reconvene online in September to review progress and prepare for the next phase of the project.

In the Unveiling Potentials project, partners meet online every month to review progress, discuss ongoing activities, and ensure that work is developing according to the agreed timeline.
These meetings are also an important opportunity to align methodologies, exchange perspectives, and address any challenges that may arise during the implementation of the project. By working closely together, partners can ensure consistency in the project's outputs and a shared understanding of its objectives.
