WIT participated in an open lecture at the University of Beira Interior, hosted by the Department of Computer Science. 🙌
The session explored how the role of software engineers is evolving in a context where AI tools are generating an increasing share of code. We shared practical examples using Java and Spring Boot, showing how structured context and clear specifications can help transform generic prompts into more accurate, consistent, and reusable code. 💪

In our first QA Tech Hub meetup of the year, our quality champions came together to share experiences, discuss how AI tools are being integrated into different projects, and explore new ways to bring more efficiency, insight, and value to the QA process.

We’re proud to share that WIT Software has successfully completed another ISO 27001 surveillance audit, with zero non-conformities for the second year in a row. 🙌
This result reflects the maturity of our Information Security Management System and, above all, our teams’ ongoing commitment to strong security practices and to protecting WIT, our customers, and our products. 💪

We’re happy to share that WIT received the ISEC Nexus Award from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra (ISEC).
The award was presented during ISEC’s 105th anniversary celebrations and highlights the strong connection between WIT and ISEC, as well as our contribution to bringing academia and businesses closer together.

Our first Frontend Tech Hub meetup of 2026 brought together our mobile and web enthusiasts for an inspiring round of tech talks! 🕸️📱
From AI-assisted workflows to more robust testing approaches and smarter server state management, we explored how to build more resilient frontend applications. All of this came with great vibes, solid technical discussions, and practical insights for our frontend community.🤩

Each Core Package supports one child through nutrition interventions, improved sanitation and hygiene practices, and the promotion of positive caregiving behaviours. 💙
Since 2018, Run4aChild has brought together more than 1,700 participants, covering millions of kilometres across multiple challenges and supporting projects in several countries. With every 120,000 km goal achieved, WIT makes a donation to help drive meaningful change. 💪
