Custom wood interior, solar system, new fridge, inverter, batteries, heater and a complete electrical rebuild.

Bringing old vans back to life has always been something special.

Lots of heavy cables to prepare and crimp – around 120 mm² power cables.

⚡ Current Project Update – 20 kVA Solar Trailer

Progress continues on our large off-grid power system build.
Right now we are connecting the busbars on the back of the Pylontech battery stacks, installing the main fuses and organizing the heavy DC cabling inside proper cable channels.

Step by step the system is coming together — clean, safe and built to last.

Work continues on one of our biggest off-grid builds so far.

This mobile power system will include:

🔋 16 Pylontech lithium batteries
⚡ 2× Victron Quattro 10 kVA inverter/chargers
🔌 5× Victron Lynx Distributors

Right now we’re building the DC backbone of the system – heavy cables, clean busbar layout, and a solid distribution setup.

Serious off-grid power, built to be reliable, serviceable, and ready for real-world use.
