Dimensions Consulting Company is one of Palestine's most respected specialized management consulting companies that was established in 2007. It provides its clients in Palestine and MENA Region with complete consulting expertise, offering a wide range of products, processes, and services to support the business needs of companies and organizations.

Dimensions is launching its Associate Consultant Internships Program (ACIP), which aims to help the company identify and train its new team of Associate Consultants as well as give new graduates the opportunity to build their capacity and enhance their suitability for the job market.

The 3-month full-time ACIP will include intensive training in management consultancy services and techniques. This in addition to the on-the-job training on consulting assignments. Dimensions’ senior and associate consultants will be coaching and mentoring the ACIs during the implementation of field and office activities of the consulting assignments.

As Dimensions’ ACI, your analytical, research, interpersonal, presentation, creative thinking, writing, business management, and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will be working as part of a consulting team on real-life cases, the quality of your services and attention to detail will be very critical to your success in the program.

At the end of ACIP, you (as an ACI) will be subject to several testing tools. These include class tests examining your understanding and mastering of the training concepts, evaluation of the quality of your consulting services by the consultants and senior consultants managing your team, and interviews by Dimensions management and consultants to assess the sufficiency of your consulting-related skills. Top-performing graduates of the program will be offered full-time jobs at Dimensions.

Besides the chance to be recruited at Dimensions, participating ACIs will be offered free of charge customized training and coaching program, and they will get certificates of completion at the end of the program. ACIs will also get a monthly allowance to cover their basic expenses during the program.

المؤهلات العامة المطلوبة للانضمام للبرنامج:

- خريج من جامعة في تخصصات كلية التجارة وإدارة الاعمال.
- او طلاب سنة رابعة لديهم القدرة على الدوام ثلاثة أيام في الأسبوع على الأقل.
- اتقان اللغة الانجليزية.
- العمل بروح الفريق والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.

خلال المعسكر التدريبي في FinTech Camp ، سيتم تدريب المشاركين على مواضيع مختلفة لإرشادهم خلال إعدادهم للعرض التقديمي. سيتم تنفيذ دورات تدريبية مكثفة من قبل المتحدثين لدينا حول بلورة الشركات الناشئة، وسلسلة الطلب في التكنولوجيا المالية، ونمذجة الأعمال التجارية ولمالية، وتقييم الفرصة التجارية، ومكونات العرض التقديمي بالإضافة إلى محاكاة للتدريب على العرض. ستتاح للمشاركين الفرصة لوضع معارفهم المكتسبة حديثًا لاستخدامها في العروض التقديمية في اليوم التالي.

Over the FinTech Camp Bootcamp, participants will be coached on various topics to guide them through their journey and prepare them for the pitching event. Intensive training sessions will be implemented by our speakers on startup conceptualization, demand chain in FinTech, Business and Financial Modeling, Opportunity Assessment, Pitch Deck Components in addition to Pitching Simulation. Participants will get the opportunity to put their newly acquired knowledge to use in their businesses and pitch decks the following day.

"Dimensions Consulting is pleased to announce the completion of developing the strategic and business plan for the Association of Banks in Palestine 2021-2024."

The Association of Banks in Palestine (ABP), a non-profit organization that represents the Palestinian banking sector and works for its best interests; seeks to create a collective vision for the Palestinian banking sector, from which the individual visions of the banks emulate, as it works to advance the Palestininan banking industry.

To achieve this vision, Dimensions Consulting developed the strategic framework and business plan for the years 2021-2024 through participatory workshops with the Board of Directors and General Managers in Palestine which aimed at diagnosing the current situation of ABP, and taking into account their most important recommendations and suggestions that help facilitate the planning process for the preparation of the strategic plan and business plan for the Association of Banks in Palestine.

Dimensions Consulting carried an in depth analysis and benchmarks on the experiences of regional institutions that have similarities with the Association of Banks in Palestine, with the aim of making a comparison between these institutions and the Association of Banks in Palestine, including its performance with other institutions in terms of the achieved results or the way the operations or services it provides are implemented in accordance with certain standards and controls. Thus, enabling the association to identify possible development opportunities, reach outstanding performance, and improve its areas of work in the short and long term by benefiting from the experiences of these institutions, where benchmarking is a means of learning and an entry point for creating solutions to current or expected challenges.

Due to the importance of the Palestinian banking sector, and the existence of a strong and sustainable banking industry is in itself the main driver and cornerstone for economic development. Therefore, the Association of Banks in Palestine is committed to playing an active and effective role in empowering the Palestinian banking sector, and thus developing the Palestinian economy despite the political and economic difficulties. The Association of Banks also believes in the importance of the distinguished relationship with the Palestinian Monetary Authority in order to achieve the common goals of the Palestinian banking system to maintain its stability and growth, and it coordinates and cooperates with private and public sector institutions to implement the principle of partnership and create a supportive investment environment. Hence, both the strategic plan and business plan were aligned with the National Policy Agenda, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the strategies of the Palestinian Monetary Authority.

It was with immense joy that our team articulated the first plan on the level of the association for its long-term and mid-term directions with clear KPIs to assess its progress to building a fruitful and healthy banking sector in Palestine.

Dimensions Consulting was contracted by The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development—REFORM which is a Palestinian NGO that works in the field of empowerment and local development, seeking to promote inclusion and social solidarity in Palestine through empowering marginalized hard-to-reach groups. REFORM aims to enhance the social and political participation of these groups and community activism, to facilitate equal access to public utilities through strengthening the capabilities of young and women, and to provide a reliable database for the political and administrative decision-makers in Palestine.

Under this scope, Dimensions Consulting will work closely with REFORM’s team to facilitate the process of reviewing REFORM’s current strategic framework and identify new and ambitious goals and objectives for the period 2022-2025.

The scope of work will include:

- Revise REFORM’s institutional capacity and organizational set-up systems that are required to achieve the proposed strategic objectives.

- Review REFORM’s current strategic plan, along with its mission and values.

- Review all REFORM’s relevant documents and partners.
Facilitate focus group discussions, including the following stakeholders/actors:
REFORM’s community and partners
REFORM’s employees
REFORM’s Board of Directors (BOD) and General Assembly
Beneficiaries

- Finalize the Strategic Plan and submit it to REFORM.

Kicking off the new cycle of the entrepreneurship program implemented by Dimensions Consulting for Tomorrow's Youth Organization and with the support from Qatar Fund for Development.

Targeting both male and female youth residing in towns, villages and refugee camps in the northern West Bank, the program aims to enhance their entrepreneurial skills through a direct, ‘hands-on’ approach requiring every trainee to identify a business venture and, by the end of the training, write and present a business plan for bringing their idea to fruition.
