Support System Engineer
Job Purpose:
Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring system performance.

Duties:
Maintain system infrastructure according to company specifications.

System installations, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN / WAN networks, operating and system management.

Troubleshooting of system hardware, software, networks and operating management systems. Running system load/stress testing, and escalating problems to seniors.

Contribute and help maintain up-to-date documentation and technical manual for operations and extensive documentations for all projects.

Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Protects organization's values by keeping information confidential.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications.

Career certifications (CCNA, RHCT ... etc) is a plus.

Good understanding of computer hardware/networking products, System Administration and operation, Training, Multi-tasking, Networking Knowledge.

Effective oral and written communication skills, fast learner, team worker, attention to details.

Hard worker with ability to prioritize tasks and availability in emergency situations (including nights and weekends).

Duties:
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

Demonstrate products to technical and non-technical audience.

Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to sell high-tech solutions, services, and products.

Good technical understanding
