This project involves the development of a modern multi-purpose hall in Aein Areek, designed to accommodate a wide range of youth, social, educational, and community activities within a flexible and efficient environment.
The proposed facility consists of an approximately 600 m² steel-structure building, supported by integrated site development works including external spaces, circulation areas, entrances, parking, and supporting infrastructure systems.
CDG is providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design services, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure coordination, while ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability considerations.
The project reflects a commitment to developing functional community-oriented facilities that combine efficient construction solutions with long-term operational value and an improved public environment for the local community.

يتضمن هذا المشروع تطوير قاعة متعددة الأغراض حديثة في عين عريك، صُممت لاستيعاب مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة الشبابية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والمجتمعية ضمن بيئة مرنة وعملية تلبي مختلف الاستخدامات.
يتكون المشروع من مبنى بهيكل معدني عصري بمساحة تقارب 600 متر مربع، مدعوم بأعمال تطوير متكاملة للموقع تشمل المساحات الخارجية، ومناطق الحركة والتنقل، والمداخل، ومواقف السيارات، بالإضافة إلى أنظمة البنية التحتية والخدمات المساندة.

مشروع تعليمي حديث يهدف إلى توفير بيئة آمنة، عملية، وملهمة للطلبة والكوادر التعليمية على حد سواء.
يشمل المشروع إعداد الدراسات المعمارية والهندسية، والتصاميم التفصيلية، ووثائق العطاء الخاصة بمدرسة ورياض أطفال جديدة في مدينة نابلس.
تتولى CDG قيادة عملية التصميم والهندسة بشكل متكامل، مع التركيز على تخطيط بنية تحتية فعّالة، وحلول إنشائية مستدامة، ومساحات تعليمية مترابطة تدعم احتياجات المجتمع على المدى الطويل.

The project comprises 428 residential units distributed across five interconnected neighborhoods, anchored by a vibrant central commercial zone and pedestrian-friendly public spaces.

Oasis Hospital Development – Al Ain, UAE | Where Design Meets Care
An iconic architectural design by Peddle Thorpe, Australia.
A landmark healthcare facility delivered as part of the Cure International Network, spanning 25,000 m² with a capacity of 140 beds and designed in accordance with international healthcare standards.
CDG played a key role in the successful delivery of this project, providing integrated MEP design, Architect of Record services, and comprehensive construction supervision — ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless ex*****on from design through completion.
The project reflects a coordinated multidisciplinary effort to deliver a fully integrated healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety, operational efficiency, and long-term performance.
