’Tis the season to be stressed. 🙃

I’m seeing so many memes about many of us stretching ourselves thin for the magic of the season. And trust me - it’s all facts! But if I’ve learned anything this year, it is that self-care can’t wait.

So here are 3 EASY and PRACTICAL ways to get some self care in:
👩🏾‍⚕️Catch up on all your health appointments (dental cleanings too!)
💊Take a multivitamin (especially Vitamin D for my skinfolk or if you live in a cold climate)
🚿 Take a bath instead of a shower so you’re forced to slow down at least once a day. This is my new relaxation go to and cain’t nobody can tell me and my $5 bubble bath from nothing!
