🍔 EXPERIMENTO DEL LABORATORIO DE JUICE BAR PLUS 🍔
Todavía no está en el menú. Todavía estamos probando, ajustando y perfeccionando cada detalle.
Un cuarto de libra de carne grass-fed, queso cheddar derretido, salsa picante de la casa, mostaza, ketchup, cebolla fresca y verdolaga crujiente, todo dentro de un pan croissant brioche tostado.
Es una de las creaciones que están saliendo del laboratorio de Juice Bar Plus. Una combinación de ingredientes reales, mucho sabor y cero atajos.
Aún está en fase de prueba, pero las primeras impresiones han sido muy buenas.

I wasn’t born in New York, but New York helped build me.
I spent almost half my life in that city. That’s where I learned how to hustle, how to work when I was tired, and how to keep going when life got hard.
I walked those streets. Rode those trains. Ate at the corner delis. Grabbed late-night pizza. Worked long hours. Built friendships that still last today.
I met my wife there.
My children were born there.
That’s why being a Knicks fan was never just about basketball.
It’s about representing a city that refuses to quit.
I grew up watching Patrick Ewing, those battles with the Bulls, and all the heartbreak that came with being a Knicks fan. Through it all, New Yorkers kept showing up, kept believing, and kept fighting.
The Knicks. The Yankees.
Not because I’m the biggest NBA or MLB fan.
Because they represent something bigger than sports.
They represent grit.
They represent resilience.
They represent the relentless spirit of New York City.
Today, 🇵🇷 is home.
But New York will always be part of my DNA.
A piece of that city lives in me every day, and a piece of me will always belong to New York.
