A Vietnam War–era love story, told with heart and humility.

This film was born from two storytellers bridging worlds. . . .

— Producer George Ohan, an Armenian born in Syria and U.S. Army veteran, and Director, KP Phagnasay, a Laotian refugee who found home in America.

Together, we created True Treasure for the 168 Film Project out of Atlanta, Georgia — to honor the cultural threads that connect us all.

We were blessed to welcome Said F***j (from Green Zone with Matt Damon and many more) to Fresno to bring this story to life.
