This building was designed as the main office of a school but doubled as a disaster proof building. The concrete is very thick, creating a thermal mass. We were in full sun and it was cool inside.
Stay tuned for a new chocolate journey!

Y'all should hit up the Cooperativa Organica Madre Tierra at Roosevelt Plaza. We are serving up chilled handmade vegan chocolate drinks. We processed the beans at the house(made nibs which are for sale) and made the chocolate ganache, took 3 coconuts-made coco milk and a grip of almond- made almond milk. Put it all together. Bam. Yumness.
