Nasz Co-Founder i Board Member, Kamil Kwećka, został zaproszony do wygłoszenia przemówienia podczas uroczystego absolutorium wrocławskiej filii Uniwersytetu SWPS.

That’s a wrap! Our internship programme has officially come to an end 🙂

Over the past few weeks, students from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and SWPS University collaborated on an AI-powered application that evaluates the accessibility and usability of digital products for neurodivergent people.

The project brought together Sustainable Digital Design, accessibility, AI, and plenty of creative teamwork.
We wrapped everything up with an in-office meeting, great conversations, pizza, and a chance to celebrate everyone’s hard work. 🍕

A huge thank you to all the students, mentors, and everyone who contributed to making this collaboration a success.
The application will be presented during our upcoming Tech Talk 🚀

Another great TechTalk is behind us! 🚀

This time, Paweł Ostromecki took us through the evolving role of the Frontend Developer in his session “Frontend Today and Beyond: From Centering a Div to Shaping a Product.”

The talk went far beyond code and AI tools. It focused on how the frontend role has evolved from building user interfaces to actively shaping products and driving collaboration across teams.

One of the key takeaways was that today’s Frontend Developer often acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, backend engineers, and end users. Success is no longer measured solely by writing clean code, but also by understanding product goals, making informed technical decisions, and helping different perspectives come together to deliver real value.

Paweł also demonstrated a modern AI-assisted development workflow, shared his thoughts on why choosing the right tools still matters, and discussed the emergence of the Product Engineer role as a natural direction for many experienced developers.

A huge thanks to Paweł for sharing his insights and to everyone who joined us for the discussion during the Q&A! 👏

Last week, Warsaw became a meeting place for some of the most influential women shaping the future of science, technology, education, business, and public policy.

On the second day of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026, the event hosted the European Summit of Women Leaders in Science and Technology — one of the most important high-level gatherings of the entire Summit.

The forum brought together women who are actively driving innovation, international cooperation, and technological progress across Europe. We were proud to have our own representative among them Martyna Mrozek, Head of Design at CSHARK, who joined the event as one of the invited Leading Voices.

But what makes events like these truly special is not only the stage discussions or keynote speeches. It’s the conversations happening between sessions, the exchange of experiences, new perspectives, and meaningful connections that often become the starting point for future ideas, collaborations, and change.

Hats off to the organizers for creating a space where inspiring conversations, diverse perspectives, and future-shaping ideas can come together.

Last week, our Head of Software Development, Adam Skubiszewski, returned to his alma mater, , to speak at the Mondays in IT series organized by EKA.NET and Kredek.

The topic was: “The End of the .NET Developer Era – What Will Really Matter in an Engineer’s Career?”

During the session, Adam shared how the role of software engineers has evolved over the last 20 years, how AI is already changing daily development workflows, and why technical skills alone are no longer enough to build a long-term advantage in the industry.

Some of the key takeaways:
🔹 Curiosity is engineering’s forgotten root, and it’s returning to the center.
🔹 AI should be treated as a productivity multiplier, not a gadget.
🔹 Understanding context, business goals, and problem-solving matters more than ever.
🔹 The most valuable engineers are those who continuously learn and adapt.

A huge thank you to the organizers for inviting CSHARK and to everyone who joined the session. It’s always inspiring to exchange perspectives with the next generation of engineers 🤜🤛

Last week, the CSHARK team had the pleasure of joining this year’s FinTech Trends Poland & Evolutions Partner Network Festival powered by , an event full of energy, creativity, startup spirit, and inspiring conversations about the future of AI, art, technology, and innovation 🎨🤖

One of the highlights for us was “Creativity in the Age of AI”, a thought-provoking discussion moderated by Martyna Mrozek, bringing together experts from the worlds of music, visual communication, creative technology, and research to explore the evolving role of AI in creative work.

The conversation explored a topic that continues to spark both excitement and concern: what does the growing role of AI mean for creative professions?

Rather than focusing on whether AI will replace creative professionals, the discussion explored how the relationship between technology and creativity is evolving. While AI is transforming creative workflows and accelerating experimentation, the conversation also touched on questions of originality, authorship, cost efficiency, taste, and human perspective.

One point that resonated across the panel was that AI has become a powerful tool for analysing, testing, and preparing ideas for ex*****on faster than ever before. At the same time, creativity, context, emotions, and the courage to make decisions still come from people.

A big thank you to the organizers, speakers, panelists, and everyone we had the chance to meet and exchange ideas with.

May is known for World Password Day, but for us it’s also a good reminder that cybersecurity is not a one-time action — it’s a habit ☝️

Before we jump into June, we’d like to share a quick recap of our recent TechTalk, organized by CSHARK’s Admin team. Every year, they help us revisit topics that most of us already know in theory, yet are worth repeating again and again.

This year’s session, “Don’t Be Like admin123”, focused on how cybersecurity is evolving in the age of AI. While technology keeps advancing, attackers are becoming faster, more convincing, and increasingly effective at exploiting something that hasn’t changed: human behavior.

Among the key takeaways:
🔐 Long and unique passwords still matter
🔑 Password managers and MFA are no longer optional
⚠️ Urgency is often the first sign of a scam
📞 Unusual requests should always be verified through a different channel
🤖 AI can clone voices and generate convincing phishing attempts, but good security habits remain one of the strongest defenses

Cybersecurity isn’t just an IT responsibility. It’s something we all contribute to through the decisions we make every day.

A big thank you to you guys for helping us stay informed, vigilant, and a little harder to hack 💜

Last Sunday, we hit the track at 2026! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

This year, 15 of our teammates joined the charity run together with over 12,500 participants supporting Fundacja Everest. During this 14th edition, the event helped support 32 new beneficiaries of the foundation. We had two teams running in Wrocław and one joining remotely — with plenty of good energy, friendly competition and just enough motivation to survive the last stretch 🙌

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part — whether you were chasing a personal best, running your first race, or simply showing up to support a meaningful cause. The energy and team spirit throughout the event were absolutely incredible.

Thanks to everyone who represented CSHARK this year and see you at the next edition! 💜

Open mAIc #5 is behind us! 🚀

Each session is a practical step in building stronger AI fluency across the organization — from local AI and prompt engineering to Spec Kit, Skills, and now agent architectures.

This time, we broke down:
🛠️ Creating custom agents with CLI
👤 Single Agent — simplicity that has its limits
👥 Sub-Agents — task delegation and cost optimization with a Haiku + Sonnet mix
🤝 Agent Teams — agents communicating in real time through a shared task list
📊 Live benchmarking — comparing time, token usage, and output quality

Open mAIc is an internal AI knowledge-sharing series at CSHARK, initiated by our AI Vertical Team.

Each session helps us build stronger AI fluency across teams through live demos, hands-on experiments, and practical knowledge sharing.
