The PINBOX® you see today? It started with a wooden picture frame, 5 coffee pins, and a lot of failed experiments. 🛠️📦

Nobody handed us a blueprint. Our current soft-cornered box with the cork hexagon display is the result of years spent watching people at real counters.

What we learned along the way:

❌ Fabric linings look beautiful but get dirty too fast.
✅ Cork is the MVP - it lasts and holds the pins perfectly.
✅ Hexagon cutouts aren’t just for looks; they let people see more at once.

Every single box is still painted and customized by hand by Maria and her brother Kolia. Why? Because we tried finding someone who could do it better. We couldn’t.

This means we can fully customize every display to fit your space perfectly—something our clients genuinely love. 📍✨

We’ve been so busy making things that we realized we never actually told you our story, and we decided it’s time to change that - because, honestly, we’re doing too many cool things to keep them to ourselves!

It all started behind a café counter right here in Wrocław. ☕️ Our founder, Olek ( ), runs and wanted to offer something small, artistic, and unique to sit next to the espresso machine. He tried pins. They sold out faster than the morning pastries 🥐

But here’s the thing: most pins he could find back then were mass-produced and lacked soul. We knew we could do better. So, Pinbox was born — out of a mix of entrepreneurship, late-night creativity, and a total refusal to settle for „mediocre” merch. 🎨

We’re a team that genuinely loves what we make! Stay tuned - over the next few posts, we’ll finally show you the „how” and „why” behind Pinbox, and how we help cafés, shops, and brands build merch that people actually want to wear and keep.
