📍 Full-time office-based position in the center of Wrocław.

Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Knowledge of Nepali, Tagalog, or Filipino is mandatory;
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well-organized, responsible, and proactive approach to work;
• Confident use of MS Office and communication tools.

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and attracting candidates;
• Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening;
• Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports;
• Cooperating with clients and internal teams.
