After investing my time in learning new things over the last few weeks, I realize that it's now time to apply them. I need to focus and put my knowledge into practice to see real results. Procrastination won't help me in achieving my goals, and action is what's needed. So, I will use what I have learned to tackle my projects, take calculated risks, and pursue my ambitions with enthusiasm. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, learn, and improve, and I am ready for it.

So 10 day has passed since the gyms had to close again in Oslo , motivation has gotten a bit low but mostly because I miss my friend/co worker /apprentice he is one of my favorite persons
