Not your typical gamedev sprint, but at Techland, it's a monthly tradition!

Once a month, our teams in Wrocław and Warsaw step away from their desks for themed after-work integrations. One month it's Italian cuisine 🍕, the next it's a beach party in the middle of the office 🏖️

Why? Because the best co-op experiences don't only happen in-game. The stronger our connections as people, the better we build together as developers. 🎮✨

This year’s Summer Party was packed with amazing food, latino music, and unforgettable attractions!🌮🎉 It’s a lovely tradition at Techland that we always look forward to! ☀️

We gathered at our Wrocław headquarters, which for one night was transformed into a vibrant Mexican street. came together from all over to catch up, bond, and celebrate as one big team. 🤜🤛

But beyond the colorful decorations and great food, this night reminded us of something crucial: we truly love spending time together! Nurturing our connections and sharing these moments outside of our daily tasks is the secret sauce behind our teamwork - and exactly what drives us to create the best games in the world. 🎮🔥

🎈💛 International Children’s Day at Techland 💛🎈
On this special day, we wish all children - both little and grown-up ones - lots of joy, happy moments, and beautiful memories 🦄

Not only do we know how to deliver entertainment to players all over the world, but we also are great fun practitioners. Yesterday, together with our families, we had a chance to celebrate International Children’s Day across all our studio locations. 🪁

On May 28th, our team turned into master bakers and sweet tooths for a charity bake sale that marked the grand finale of our week-long shelter support initiative. We were delighted by the level of interest – volunteers prepared delicious treats, and our office kitchens were full of sweet tooths eager to help fill our donation boxes.
