DATABASE INFORMATION PLATFORM FOR EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF RESEARCH RESULTS
The TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS Cooperation Portal was established to support cooperation between organisations interested in initiating joint interdisciplinary undertakings and is intended for use by the following types of Polish and international organisations:
research institutes, centres and consortia;
industrial enterprises and organisations;
business associations and networks;
organ
isations from the surroundings of business;
public administration institutions and NGOs. The cooperation of which the portal constitutes an important element focuses on the performance of complex interdisciplinary projects in areas important to Poland's and Europe's scientific and economic development, and especially those dealing with subjects to which the government's strategy gives priority status. The cooperation is enabled by the use of the extensive knowledge, innovative solutions and complementary skills of the partners cooperating in the performance of the work integrated within the TP Cooperation Portal. The purpose of the portal is to ensure increased speed and effectiveness of the undertaking and performance of joint initiatives through the provision of the necessary information and provision of an environment integrating the research teams. The TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS Cooperation Portal was established in the course of the Database Information Platform for Effective Implementation of Research Results project, carried out under the Innovative Economy Operating Programme and co-funded by the EU out of the European Regional Development Fund. The project, coordinated by the TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS Foundation, led to the establishment of a software and information system (platform) supporting network cooperation between research organisations and industrial partners and allowing for effective management of highly complex R&D processes.
