It is a constantly ongoing process of change, a process of becoming oneself, a process of realizing oneself and one's possibilities. remember -you are a value that can enrich your world. Do not forget this in times of disappointment and doubt.

In fact, only one relationship lasts a lifetime, from the first breath to the last. It is a relationship with yourself. And this begs the question - What can I do to make it easier for me to be myself? The key is self-acceptance and self-recognition. Imagine what it would be like if you were compassionate, warm towards yourself, if you could forgive your own shortcomings. What would it be like if you were gentle and kind to yourself and treated your faults with humor? What would it be like if you were to care for yourself as well as for your children or for the people you love immeasurably? It would be of great help to you, wouldn't it?. So what would have to happen for you to finally feel that you deserve your own human kindness?

As we enter adulthood, we adopt the role models of our parents. It was from them that we learned what it meant to be a good father or a good mother, or not to be a good father and not to be a good mother. So we duplicate patterns and often these patterns limit our dreams, the pandemic earlier or the war in Ukraine now, all the tension associated with it, the overload of tasks, routine, inflation, high prices, etc., make it even more difficult sometimes to return to our inner child who wants go crazy, do something crazy, just for yourself, come back to your dreams. I encourage you to come back to the past. Think and feel what you dreamed about in your childhood and take pleasure in it. You can afford it - there will be no barrier :), and the joy and happiness if you do it - priceless!

In order to deal with limiting thoughts, it is also worth learning to think alternatively, i.e. in a supportive way. Where can you get supportive thoughts from? Here are 3 sources of supportive thoughts: UNDERSTANDING - "I have the right not to know, especially if I'm doing it for the first time", "I made a mistake, it's natural when doing something under a lot of stress", RESOURCES - referring to resources in your beliefs will increase the feeling of your strength and faith that you are able to achieve your goal. Besides, it often gives the impression that you are not starting from scratch - "I have a lot of knowledge and I am a good specialist in this field, it does not reduce my professionalism because I am afraid to appear in public", EXPERIENCE - If in the past you have successfully performed the task that you now you don't want to pursue it, it's worth recalling your own positive experiences, and they may not be exactly specific to your current situation.

"Don't believe any of your thoughts" - this is one of the Buddhist wisdoms that I read about in the book "The Monk's Wisdom" by Bjorn Natthiko Lindeblad. It is extremely simple and at the same time extremely innovative. Unfortunately, many of us completely forget about this superpower of ours. Meanwhile, approaching your own thoughts with a dose of skepticism and humor makes it infinitely easier to be yourself. So what do you gain when you don't indiscriminately believe every thought that appears in your mind? Something as invaluable as a true and sincere inner confidant. Someone who is always on your side. When you believe all your thoughts, you are vulnerable and vulnerable in all respects, and you lose touch with your inner wisdom. In the darkest moments you fall into a bottomless abyss and literally torment yourself to death. Therefore, don't believe any of your thoughts.

What are your thoughts on a daily basis? When you think about a threat, you are gearing up to counter the attack. When you think about your challenge or dream, you prepare a plan for its implementation. Life is not always kind to us. Often times our mind builds up negative scenarios and the trick is to be in good energy and high vibrations for most of our lives. What is worth doing? Redirect our attention to something that supports us. To start thinking and acting for what makes us grow.
