❓What does the red stamp on my passport mean?
➡️Information indicating that you have applied for a Residence Permit is entered into the electronic database of the Office for Foreigners. Inspectors can then verify your legal stay in Poland.

❓Can I work with a red stamp in Poland?
➡️Yes, you can, but only if the foreigner had the right to work at the time of application. For example, possessing a document authorizing work or having a status exempting one from the need to obtain such a document.

❓Can you leave Poland with a red stamp?
➡️The red stamp allows you to stay in the country for the entire duration of the residence card’s issuance. This status, however, does not permit you to cross the border into other EU countries or return to Poland. Nevertheless, no one can prohibit you from traveling to your home country (unless you have broken the law).
