🪪 ESNcard – ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!

❓ What is it?
It is an Erasmus Student Network membership card. If you are an ESN volunteer, it is mandatory to have one. Moreover, ESNcard grants its holder benefits on accommodation, transport, services etc. (If you want to learn more, check out esncard.org)

If you are not an ESN volunteer (how dare you), the good news is that Erasmus students CAN get it too!

👀 How to get it?
Simply go to www.card.esn.pl and fill out the form (make sure to choose ”ESN UKSW” in the section field). Then all that is left is the payment and arranging a meeting on which you will receive the card.

Stowarzyszenie Erasmus Student Network UKSW istnieje od 2008 roku. Celem naszych wolontariuszy jest wspieranie studentów międzynarodowych z programu Erasmus+. Robimy to poprzez organizowanie dla nich wydarzeń, podczas których mają okazję się zintegrować, jak i takim inicjatywom, jak program Buddy, podczas którego wolontariusz otacza opieką studenta na początku jego przygody na wymianie międzynarodowej.

Co zyskujesz dołączając do nas:

🥳 Nauczysz się organizować wydarzenia studenckie dla większych grup o różnej tematyce – Wyjście na kręgle 8 osób, tandem językowy dla 20 uczestników, a może wycieczka do innego miasta?
🧑 Rozwiniesz kompetencje miękkie – Wiele okazji do nawiązania kontaktu z innymi wolontariuszami, jak i samymi studentami międzynarodowymi.
🇬🇧 Poprawisz swój angielski (oraz inne języki obce) – Podczas wydarzeń będziesz posługiwać się językiem obcym, aby porozumieć się z osobami z innych krajów.
🧳 Możliwość udziału w zjazdach szkoleniowych na poziomie krajowym i międzynarodowym – W ESN organizowane są różne wydarzenia dla członków, np. kilkudniowe szkolenia stacjonarne, szkolenia online, czy też zgromadzenia cykliczne, takie jak National Assembly, Central European Platform, Erasmus Generation Meeting.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Przyjazne środowisko – Do ESN dołączają zazwyczaj osoby szukające kontaktu z drugim człowiekiem, otwarte i chętne do wspierania innych w trudnościach.

Join the Local Erasmus Games on 14th of March 2026, at the sports hall, Wóycickiego 5 ! Some useful infos about the Games:
- Entry fee: 25 PLN
- Limited spots - open to all Warsaw + Lublin ESN sections!
- Choose one sport: 3x3 basketball, volleyball, or futsal
- No team? We’ll find one for you!

Winners advance to a national stage in Kraków (NEG) and with this stage final champions can win a trip to Porto for the European stage (IEG)!

What is it? 🤔
After you sign up, you will have our volunteer assigned to you to help you with things, like:
❓ Getting to know the campus.
✈️ Picking you up from the airport.
📋 Filling out all the required documents at the university.
🇵🇱 Resolving all your doubts about cultural differences in Poland.

How to sign up? ✏️
In a form, which is sent to you by International Relations Office, you will find a question „Are u willing to take part in Buddy program?”. If you want to have a Buddy, choose „Yes”. And that’s all!
