SC2

Two types of boats participate in the Class Transat 6,50 challenge: prototypes and series, or production boats. The boat that I would like present, the SC2, is designed by Jean Pierre Magnan, the architect of the Super Calin. During the 2005 Mini Transat one of the Super Calin entries was the second series boat to arrive at Salvador di Bahia in Brazil, and placed third overall in the general classification of the series boats. The SC2 is a boat that has evolved from a very successful design and the experience of a highly reputable architect and Mini skipper. The Polish builder of the SC2 is experienced and uses the most advanced methods of production under the supervision of the architect.
