During our journey, we have learned that each Grower and Roaster face individual challenges and need to receive personalised attention to deal with the struggles. Our purpose is to create personal relationships with both sides of the chain and understand how we can sup
port and become the bridge between them. 1. Relationships & Flexibility: Approaching each Roaster with an open and flexible mind. Allowing the connections between Growers and Roasters to develop unique business experience and knowledge-exchange.
2. Quality: The strong and personal relationship we have with the Growers, allows us to be the first recipient to receive the best coffee crop they produce. Each coffee we import, including commodity, is delivered in Grain Pro Bags. A team of 3 independent Q Graders, keeps track of the quality control of the coffee we contract and controls the stability of coffee profiles of our blends. Constant contact with roasters guarantees their satisfaction with the quality of coffee we have delivered.
3. Service: Fast on-time logistics, including 2 strategic warehouses. On-time electronic delivery of invoices and complete information about the coffee, farm and the farmer that produced the purchased coffee. Support on finding the correct roasting profile for each coffee sold; logo of roastery on the bags of coffee delivered. More individual requests are considered case by case.
4. Innovation: We support creative Growers, Roasters, universities and research institutions that search for new solutions to improve coffee quality and the supply chain. More info on our blog.
