SAMPLE™ is a system for Automated Air Obstacles Detection and Monitoring. It is used for automatic detection, notification and reporting navigational obstacles as well as visualisation and risk analysis. The main feature of the system is the ability to automatically generate data on obstacles and terrain based on satellite images and supplementary data.

The main scope of SAMPLE™:

It was an exciting week at Inter Airport Europe in Munich. We had many fruitful meetings and are pleased with the interest in our systems: SAMPLE™, ATOS™, MONSTER™, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE™.

Many thanks to Aeroklub of Zamość Land (Aeroklub Ziemi Zamojskiej) for hosting us at the opening of the runway ceremony.
It was epic!
Our AP-Tech team was represented by Marcin Bondyra.
It was nice to be there and celebrate this event, especially since we have recently launched there our ALCMS (MonSter™).

Recently we launched in production our ALCMS (MonSterTM) at Aeroklub of Zamość Land (Aeroklub Ziemi Zamojskiej) airport.

Installed version is simplified and tailored for no-CAT runways. It is an ideal and world-class solution for general aviation aerodromes providing remote control and monitoring of ground lighting and airside infrastructure both using local HMI as well as via radio controller.

Modern interface, high level of security and operations continuity are just sneak peak of the advantages of our system.

Apart from ALCMS installation & commissioning our team also trained the aeroklub team how to use and maintain the system.
It was great to have chance to deliver the project to our company beautiful hometown Zamość 😊.

Last week we had the pleasure to participate and represent AP-Tech in the 8th working group meeting dedicated to Safety Management Systems (SMS) integration, which this year took place at the Poznań University of Technology. The working group was established on the initiative of the President of the Civil Aviation Authority (Urząd Lotnictwa Cywilnego) and aims to exchange experiences and good practices, as well as standardize the approach to SMS. AP-Tech not only carries out tasks for aerodromes and air navigation service providers, but also conducts training and auditing activities in the field of SMS. That is why we are always willing to be present and actively participate in meetings promoting safety.

The Airspace Integration Congress will take place in Madrid from 25-27 September 2023. We are happy to announce that as part of this event, representatives from our consortium partners will be presenting the SAMPLE (Automated Air Navigation Obstacles Detection and Monitoring System) project.
Work on the SAMPLE project is already in the final stages of completion, which means that it will soon be available on the commercial market, bringing unique benefits to our partners and customers in the international aviation market. We are delighted to have the opportunity to speak about it at a prestigious industry event. The Airspace Integration Congress is a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends in Advanced Air Mobility/UAS/UAV, civil-military cooperation and commercial space.

On May 25th, 2023 our innovative project SAMPLE (Automated Air Navigation Obstacles Detection and Monitoring System) was presented at the “Defence Roadshow Warsaw 2023” event organised by Hexagon. The project presentation was led by Krzysztof Mysłakowski and Bernard Stępień of Creotech Instruments SA.

The event offered a glimpse of recent changes in the defence industry. The SAMPLE project represents one of the various levels of innovation that are contributing to the development of digitization in the defence industry. The benefits of this progress are increasingly being recognized throughout the industry.

SAMPLE is an innovative system capable of surveying, transforming, visualising, and exporting obstacle and terrain data in compliance with ICAO Annex 14 and 15 criteria. The project is carried out by a consortium of AP-TECH, Creotech Instruments SA, and the Polska Agencja Żeglugi Powietrznej (PANSA).
