Building a mobile app? These days, that's the easy part. 😌

But making it future-proof – scalable, high-performing, and ready to handle massive traffic? That’s where things get tricky.

Biedronka partnered with Future Mind, a Solita Company, on the rebuild. Today the app runs at real scale: 10M+ active users, and Biedronka's loyalty program counts 20M+ members. 🚀

Biedronka’s unique engagement builders – like the unique Shakeomat or social media-styled stories – make opening the app a daily routine for an average user. 🔥

And when it comes to in-store experience, it’s all about convenience; an in-built barcode scanner and BLIK integration make every visit faster and smoother.

AI adoption is growing, but fear of job replacement is declining; dropping from 33% to 24.7%. 💡

According to Michał Urbański, Head of Software Engineering and AI Adoption Lead at Future Mind, a Solita Company, this shift comes down to familiarity: people are seeing AI reshape their work, not eliminate it overnight. 🚀

But the gap between AI’s potential and adoption remains significant. In computer-related industries, 94% of tasks could theoretically be automated by AI, while only 33% are currently being adopted.

The roles most likely to remain resilient are those built around physical presence and human interaction. The most exposed are information-processing tasks, regardless of salary level or education.

More employees are using AI to be more productive. Yet report after report shows the same picture: rising AI use at work doesn't automatically translate into rising productivity at the organizational level. 🤔

That's a paradox Paweł Josiek, COO at Future Mind, a Solita Company, and SVP at Solita Poland, unpacks in our latest GenAI report. 💡

For Paweł, closing the gap between individual AI use and organizational productivity comes down to two things:

1️⃣ The quality of AI tools organizations offer their people,
2️⃣ Educating employees to treat AI as thinking support, with careful and critical evaluation of what it produces.

Only then, through AI-assisted team workflows in discovery, strategy, and decision-making, can organizations successfully compress weeks of work into days or even hours. 🚀

Autonomous stores succeed when they're matched to the right place. 🛍️🌙

That's the takeaway from Emil Waszkowski, VP of Commercial Development at Future Mind, a Solita Company, in PortalSpozywczy's coverage of 24/7 retail:

“Success depends on matching the solution to the place, not on the presence or absence of staff.” 💡

Autonomous stores work best in closed or semi-closed environments such as airports, hospitals, campuses, production facilities, and train stations, where traffic is predictable and customers need quick off-hours shopping. In open urban areas, they face stronger competition from convenience stores and higher friction from app registration and payment setup. 📲

When voice assistants can already hold a conversation and take real action, why do users still reach for keyboards? 🤔

The answer usually lies in the task itself. Voice wins when your hands are busy or when asking takes less time than typing it out and reading through the results. Typing wins right back for anything precise, private, or long: a long number to enter, a detail to correct, or just not wanting to be overheard. 🫣

What does it mean for businesses? Matching the interface to the task matters more than chasing whichever technology is currently trending. That's what Maciej Cieślukowski, Senior UX Researcher at Future Mind, a Solita Company, shares in his latest article. 😎

Barka Warszawska, 7 p.m. On a warm summer evening, retail and finance leaders, drinks in hand, gathered to discuss one question: who really owns the customer relationship? 🌊 😎

That was last week's "W nurcie digitalu" event, and we're still buzzing from it. Two worlds, once separate, are now competing for the same thing: attention. We brought industry experts together to compare experiences, challenge assumptions, and explore what both sectors can learn from each other. 💪

The dynamic panel discussion with rotating participants proved to be a hit: Wiesław Kotecki and Tomasz Woźniak invited stakeholders from different companies to share their insights. After all was said and done, one message stood out in particular: the interface belongs to whoever interacts with the customer most often. 💡

Thanks to everyone who joined us. Here's to the next one! 🥂

Wiesław Kotecki, Senior Advisor at Future Mind, a Solita Company, joined the Advisory Board for the 32nd edition of the Banking & Insurance Forum on 6 July, helping shape this year's agenda alongside leaders from banks, financial institutions, academia, and technology companies. 🤝

Scheduled for 26–27 October in Warsaw, the conference runs under the theme “State resilience begins with banks,” steering the discussions not only towards banks themselves, but also towards where the customer actually spends their digital day. As Wiesław put it:

“Banking transformation no longer plays out inside banks, it plays out where the customer lives: in shopping apps, in logistics, in everyday micro-decisions. The winner won't be the one with the best financial product, but the one who best understands the customer's changing needs and can be there in their 'moments of truth'. Banks will learn that fastest from retail, because it's at the intersection of industries, inside ecosystems, that new value is being created today.” 💡

Marcin Zduńczyk, Business Solutions & Customer Data Architect at Future Mind, a Solita Company, has just been named a Synerise Champion at last week's Synerise Awards 2026! 🏆

It was also great to join everyone at the match afterward, celebrating Wisła Kraków's 120th anniversary alongside Wiesław Kotecki, Dawid Miśta, and Filip Przybylski. 😎

Synerise, a composable AI infrastructure platform that captures behavioral signals in real time, has been Future Mind's partner for a while now. We've completed several client projects together and we're looking forward to what comes next. 💪

Thank you, Synerise, for the invitation to the event! 🙌

It's 10pm. Someone vents about their day into a chatbot before they go to sleep. It's nice and easy, especially when the AI asks how they're feeling, referencing the past week's events and matching their tone. ☺️

And it's no coincidence; AI products are often designed to build attachment, activating deeply rooted social heuristics. So it comes as no surprise that, according to our latest GenAI report, 16% of users now turn to AI for emotional support, treating it as a substitute for a therapist. 💡

That's how the line between “helpful support” and “designed dependency” can easily blur – points out Maciej Cieślukowski, Senior UX Researcher at Future Mind, a Solita Company. Setting clear standards to distinguish empathetic design from manipulation is one of the industry's key ethical challenges right now. 👏
