I am a self-improvement seeker.
How many of you can relate?

For the past seven years of my life,
and especially since meeting my husband,
I’ve chosen to invest my time and energy
in the spaces that help me grow.

I could be on the beach right now,
But I’ve decided to prioritize my growth
so I can be a better wife, a better friend,
a better space holder,
Better artist,
a better person.

Not because I’m better than anyone else,
but because I believe we can choose
how we show up in life

And With so much uncertainty
going on in this world
I have chosen to create
Inner certainty.

My life is the result of what I constantly create with my thoughts. What I am living today, I dreamt about it before..

I am also passionate about
Sorrounding myself with humans
who feel the same,
people who bring ideas,
ask meaningful questions,
and make conversations richer.

Happy Women’s Day to all the mamacitas
To be honest this is a very commercial day
But also a good excuse to remind us:

We are the creators baby!!

Sometimes we forget how powerful we are
How capable we are
How much wisdom we all carry within
The wisdom of our hips,
The wisdom of our voices,

And It’s okay to feel lost sometimes.
Many of us do.

But remain lost?? No no no mami!!!

We are here to live life to our full potential.

Once we die we will look back and say:
hack yeaaaahh I gave it all!!

This is an invitation to us to return to ourselves .
To invest in our knowledge, more than in clothes
To invest in our growth, more than in vanity.

Because when a woman discovers her herself,
she becomes the creator of her own future.
We are the creators baby!
And we rise together as sisters 🌹

I wish you a month full of beautiful investments in knowledge and practises that elevate your mind, your soul and your highest potential. And a life time of discovering and rediscovering who you truly are ✨🌹💜

That message was alive in every hug

Expression doesn’t have one look.

It’s not always bold.
It’s not always soft.
It’s not always loud. It’s honest.

I know my expression can make
some people uncomfortable.
I’ve made peace with that.

For years, I tried to be more digestible.
Softer. Less visible. Easier to accept.

What did that create?

I attracted people who were comfortable
with a reduced version of me.

Shrinking didn’t build connection. It built misalignment.

At school, I was bullied.
So I learned to stay quiet.
My nervous system chose
protection over visibility.

But silence was survival,
Just adapting to feel loved.

When I began allowing my voice,
my movement,
my presence to exist without editing,
something huge shifted in me.

I stopped attracting spaces
that required me to shrink.
I started connecting with people
rooted in their own light.
Who felt inspired to also light up!

The more I accept myself, the less I judge others.

Today My responsibility is simple:
Stay honest in my body.

For me, expression means
feeling safe to be authentic.

And that’s enough.
