During this day in Poland more than 100 milliones pieces of donuts are sold!

Meet Mateusz Miłek, our VP IT Backend 💻

He is the manager of his own Scrum team, as well as supervising every other scrum team. He is also responsible for providing the best code possible.

It is important in his position to have a technical mind that helps solve everyday development problems, as well as the ability to communicate and make new contacts. Another essential skill is perseverance in trying to solve problems for both the team and the company.

What keeps Mateusz motivated is constructive feedback. This makes him feel appreciated and has a positive influence on everyone in the team.

After work, he has many hobbies and tries to remain creative. He plays an instrument and likes all kinds of DIY work. He is currently making furniture in his own "garage workshop", and maybe, in the future, you will be able to have furniture designed by Mateusz in your home 😉
