The Polish company PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe has signed a contract worth nearly 25 million $ in order to expand the rail transport routes.

The new railway connection - Vadul-Siret station (Chernivtsi region) with the DP World Constanta terminal will reduce traffic in Romanian ports. Guaranteed uninterrupted operation regardless of cargo volume.

It is planned to launch up to 5 trains a week from Dorneşti to the port of Constanţa. Each train will contain 50 containers, and the total route time will not exceed 36 hours.
