Thanks to a new survey conducted by BCG and The Network, we don't have to wonder anymore: Impressions formed during recruitment appear to have a bigger influence on candidates' decisions than employers may think.
Other interesting findings:
👉 66% of candidates said a timely and smooth recruitment process is the number one way for an employer to stand out during recruitment.
👉 Active candidates care mostly about higher seniority and a more interesting position.
👉 Passive candidates care mostly about higher salary and better benefits.
