As a human skills fan, I’m exploring AI more and more and what I quickly realise is that core principles that all problem solvers had for years also apply to the AI era.

Don’t make my mistake that cost me two days 😅
From now on, I’ll remind it to you from time to time. And to myself too 😉

If you are in a stage in your life you don’t know what to do, look around. You might not have something you askd for, but you probably have everything you need to start over.

If the future means everyone has a team, consist of people and AI agents or only AI agents, we need to learn many skills that every good leader should have.

It’s hard to list all of them but based on my 8 years of experience, my top 5 are:

1. Emotional intelligence

2. Facilitation

3. Decison-making under uncertainty

4. Radical accountability

5. Resilence & Agility

What’s your plan with AI?

My prediction is that talking to 1 user will always be more valuable than talking to many stakeholders.

The framework I use:
1. I fall in love with the first idea
2. Try to detached from this feeling
3. Make it, so I can show to the people and test if people like it
4a. If it works, I fall in love with it
4b. It it doesn’t work, it’s easier to say goodbye to that idea because I haven’t felt too attached to it.
