So here we are, standing in a bit of a split 😅, wearing two different flip-flops: one references a system error, the other pokes fun at AI.
That’s exactly how we feel 😁.

“Even though I use AI, the number of my keystrokes hasn’t decreased - I just write much more elaborate prompts.”
That’s what Michał Gąsiorek, our backend developer, shared during his talk at our internal AI meetup.

And he’s right. This perspective aligns with research we mentioned in our previous post: AI tools aren’t speeding up developers’ work yet.
But that doesn’t mean they’re pointless - quite the opposite.

AI is transforming the way we approach analysis and the development process. When used thoughtfully, it brings significant advantages and helps us build better software. The key is to use it with intention and a clear plan, not as a magic wand.

That’s why, together with Michał, we put together a set of practical tips on how to work effectively with AI - in this case, with Claude Code.

W piątek spotkaliśmy się na świątecznej kolacji i było dokładnie tak, jak lubimy: pyszne jedzenie, dużo śmiechu i rozmowy, które mogłyby trwać bez końca (niektóre rzeczywiście trwały do późna 😄).
