ARTEL ART ATELIER

Nazwa Artel wychodzi od arteli, które były spółdzielczymi stowarzyszeniami ludzi o tym samym celu (np. transport drewna z jednej części kraju do drugiej). Członkowie Arteli mieszkali z dala od domów i często razem w formie komun. Poza związkiem z Artelem każdy z członków był wolnym człowiekiem i decydował sam o sobie. Wszystkie umowy zawierano ustnie. Organizacja Arteli była prosta, nieformalna i konsensualna.

The name Artel refers to Russian artel, which was a cooperative association between people with the same aim (for example transport of wood from one part of country to the other). Members of artels lived far from home and often together in a form of a commune. Apart from the connection to the artel, every member was a free agent. All agreements were verbal. The organization of artels was simple, informal and consensual.
