Paweł Dudko (Head of Legal STX Next) and Maria Jędrzejczak (PhD in Law, Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu) will look into the initial legal disputes and regulatory decisions related to model training, automated decision-making, and algorithmic liability.

They will highlight how these cases influenced the AI Act and GDPR. They will also tackle the central question: is the law really keeping up with technology?
