➡️ working directly with the stakeholders on amazing products used worldwide,
➡️ designing beautiful user interfaces for big web & mobile products, building high fidelity prototypes, ideally animated,
➡️ finding optimal solutions backed by your knowledge and research to our clients challenges,
➡️ creating complex design systems and projects documentation,
➡️ mentoring the team and improving your own skills.

We’re looking for someone who:
➡️ Has good expertise as a Product Designer, working on big web & mobile products with an outstanding portfolio to prove it.
➡️ Has curiosity and ability to define and solve business challenges with visual design regardless of project scale
➡️ Has ability to demonstrate clear and concise arguments for project decisions,
➡️ Has strong competences to convince the stakeholders to the recommended solutions,
➡️ Has an enormous attention to detail and always looks for opportunities to question status quo
➡️ Knows how to design world-class UI, something that’s clean and beautiful
➡️ Knows how to build and manage complex design systems. Even better if you’re familiar with Atomic Design.
➡️ Has great communication skills that will be used to mentor fellow designers and teammates
➡️ Has a growth mindset and aims to continuously improve hers/his skills
🇬🇧 Knows written and spoken English on B2/C1 level, Polish is not necessary.
