Bats

Bats detect objects that block their path by emitting sounds that are inaudible to humans and catching their echo reflected from objects. Before the discovery of ultrasonic echolocation, bats were thought to have extrasensory perception.

Mice hunt at night and sleep upside down in quiet, dark rooms during the day. The Brazilian bat, the folded lip, can run up to 100 km/h (see interesting facts about Brazil). Bats primarily eat insects, although berries, frogs, or even birds may also be included in their diet.
