We’ve known for a long time. He was the first in Poland to package coffee in jars, he kept surprising the scene with bold ideas, and he consistently delivered strong results in competitions. And recently, in Piła, he became the Polish Roasting Champion 🥇

HB ROASTERS ON THE BIG STAGE THIS YEAR! 🔥

The China Coffee Roasting Championship is in full swing, and this time all 40 finalists roasted on the official competition roasters from HB Roasters. An impressive field, strong coffees, and a level of precision that keeps pushing the standard higher every season.

Will this year’s champion follow the path of the previous winners and make a run for the World title? We’ll see soon. Good luck to everyone taking part.

With serving as the WCC Representative, the competition is in very capable hands.

Where is the CMS stand?!!!!!

This year, for the first time, we went to the big fairs not as exhibitors but as visitors. And the question we heard most often was: “Where’s your stand?”

It was a great change of perspective - instead of standing behind our own booth, we could focus on finding real innovations and smart ideas worth bringing to our customers and to make sure the competition won’t like us even more 😈

It’s great to see that these fairs are evolving - fewer boring espresso machines repetitions and more stands with real innovation, strong design, and technology that actually pushes the coffee world forward. Asian brands are entering boldly, raising the bar for everyone 🥰

Next big stop - definitely meet at World of Coffee in beautiful Brussels - great equipment, smart roasting and storing solutions, and a well-deserved beer at the end of the day 🍻

✨ Wizard of Coffee Beans 2025 ✨

What an inspiring event! Organized by , this competition gave roasters across the country 5kg of green coffee to roast in their own facilities. The grand finale took place in a beautiful venue in Gdynia, complete with a series of lectures and even a catamaran cruise.

We’re truly happy to see Polish coffee competitions becoming more and more professional, bringing together passion, skill, and community.
