Writing the icon of the Holy Theotokos was a privilege and sacred experience. This is a great icon for your prayer space that will bring her closer to you and you closer to her. May we, like the Beloved Disciple, accept our Lord's great gift to us and take her in to our own (John 19:27).

This is made with egg tempera on wood.
