⚡💨 Working with high voltage systems in wind turbines is one of the most demanding, and hardest to certify areas in the industry.
At IM Training, we were the first in Poland to introduce GWO High Voltage certification for Operations and Cable Pulling. If your team works with HV installations in wind turbines - take a look at our carousel 👇
🌊⚡ Offshore wind is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global energy transition. Stronger winds at sea, minimal landscape impact, increasing turbine efficiency - the potential of offshore wind is enormous.
But behind every wind farm stands a complex, multi-stage project. Market analysis, entry strategies, coordination of dozens of contractors, inspections, servicing, logistics - these are challenges that can consume the attention and resources of even the largest organisations.
That's where Inter Marine comes in 🤝
Whether you're just exploring the offshore wind market or already delivering an advanced project, we are your partner every step of the way.
At the development stage:
✅ detailed market analysis for wind, marine and hydrogen energy
✅ market entry strategies and potential mapping
✅ supply chain reports and project management
During operations:
✅ structural inspections using drones
✅ underwater inspections and seabed scanning
✅ painting and corrosion protection
✅ modifications, upgrades and repairs
✅ engineers, mechanics, electricians, welders - onshore and offshore
✅ comprehensive port logistics and transport
One partner, the whole project, zero distraction!
Our team can fully integrate with yours - so you can stay focused on what matters most.

Greetings from the Conference in Świnoujście! 👋🌊 This is one of those events where it becomes very clear that the conversation about wind energy has long moved beyond technology alone.
🔋📈 We are talking about energy security, the competitiveness of the Polish economy, the pace of administrative decisions, investment, and how to build system resilience in a world where energy has become one of the key strategic issues.
PSEW also highlights something very important for our industry: the energy transition needs not only infrastructure and capital, but also trust, clear communication and the ability to engage with many different stakeholder groups.
Because behind every large-scale investment, there are not only megawatts, timelines and environmental decisions. There are also people, local communities, business partners, public administration, the media and public opinion. 🤝
That is why meetings like this matter. They help organise perspectives, bring the sector together and show where the real barriers are - and where there is room to accelerate.

⭐ 9,9/10 - this is the average score from the first participants of our Proficiency in Fire Fighting on PCTC, RO-RO & Ferries course at IM Training.
We are proud to share the first feedback from crews who took part in this specialised maritime fire-fighting training 🚢🔥
The post-training survey evaluated key aspects of the course, including participant support during practical exercises, safety standards and training conditions, the substantive and methodological quality of the classes, instructor performance, lecture facilities, and the equipment used throughout the training.
Such a strong result is more than a number. It confirms that the direction in which we are developing our maritime training programmes responds to the real needs of crews operating in demanding and high-risk environments. This course is unique on a global scale. It is delivered on a full-scale PCTC training ground, featuring electric vehicle mock-ups arranged as they would be on board a real vessel, lithium-ion battery reaction simulations, a fixed fire extinguishing system, and practical exercises conducted in both day and night conditions.
Thank you to all participants for your trust, engagement, and valuable feedback 💪

What brought us to the WOD-KAN Trade Fair in Bydgoszcz? 🚧💧
Yesterday, we visited the Bydgoszcz Trade and Exhibition Centre to meet with representatives of the water and wastewater sector, listen to the challenges they face in their daily work, and better understand the conditions in which teams responsible for infrastructure, safety and operational continuity operate.
For us, this is an important conversation.
Many of the areas in which we provide training go far beyond the wind industry. Demanding working environments, confined spaces, emergency preparedness, operational safety and responsibility for people are just as relevant to water and wastewater companies.
Work carried out in manholes, channels, tanks and other confined spaces requires more than technical knowledge. It requires clear procedures, effective communication, the right safety mindset and the ability to make decisions under time pressure.
That is why IM Training also supports the water and wastewater sector with specialist training programmes, including our original courses dedicated to confined space entry and confined space rescue.
If these are challenges your team is facing, let’s talk.

When we talk about offshore wind in Poland, we're not talking about the future. We're talking about what we're building right here, right now. 🌊
Inter Marine Energy is a 100% Polish company - and that's not a tagline, it's the foundation of how we operate and who we work with.
Our team is built primarily from Polish market specialists. Capital stays in the country. We deliver projects in a way that grows competencies, experience, and added value - locally.
We believe Polish companies have what it takes to compete in offshore wind at the highest level. And we prove it consistently - project by project. ⚡
We collaborate with universities, R&D centres, public institutions, and certification bodies. We help build standards, develop competencies, and take part in conversations that shape this sector. 🤝
And for Polish companies looking to enter the offshore wind market, we make that first step easier. We share knowledge, experience, and connections. Because a strong local supply chain is in everyone's interest.

Our first fire response skills course for PCTC vessels, RO-RO ships and ferries is behind us! 🔥🚗⚡
It was three days of intensive work at a full-scale PCTC training ground in Gdansk, with electric vehicle models arranged as they would be on a real vessel, a fixed firefighting installation, and scenarios covering daytime and nighttime conditions.
Participants practised much more than the response technique itself. The entire operation process was at the centre of the training:
👉 accurate situation assessment
👉 team communication
👉 selection of the right tactics,
👉 response to the risk of escalation
👉 deciding when to change the approach or withdraw personnel when crew safety becomes the priority
A fire involving an electric vehicle on a car deck leaves little room for improvisation. In the limited space of a vessel, preparation, procedures, teamwork and decisions made under pressure all matter. This is exactly why we created a training course dedicated to crews of PCTC vessels, RO-RO ships and ferries - for shipowners, operators and companies that want to genuinely strengthen the safety of people, the vessel and the cargo.
The first crew has already tested their skills at the PCTC training ground. The next available date could be a training course for your team. 💪

Portowa Straż Pożarna Florian
Marlow Navigation
🚢🔥 Yesterday in Gdansk, the first edition of a training programme developed specifically for one of the most complex fire safety challenges in maritime transport began.
EV fires on car decks of PCTC vessels, Ro-Ro ships and ferries are not a theoretical risk anymore. They are a real operational concern for crews, shipowners, operators, insurers and charterers.
⚡🚗 That is why, together with PSP Florian and Marlow Navigation Poland, we have developed a 3-day training programme dedicated exclusively to fire safety challenges on PCTC vessels, Ro-Ro ships and ferries - with a full focus on electric vehicle fires on car decks. The programme is aligned with IMO guidelines, confirmed and ceritified by The Nautical Institute.
What makes this training different is not only the topic. It is the environment. Participants train at a full-scale 1:1 PCTC training ground, with EV mock-ups positioned as they would be on board a real vessel. The facility allows crews to work with simulated lithium-ion battery behaviour, an operational fixed firefighting system, and realistic day and night lighting conditions.
This is not just about practising firefighting techniques. It is about training the entire emergency response process:
✅ how to assess the situation when time and visibility are limited
✅ how to communicate under pressure
✅ how to choose the right tactical response
✅ how to understand the behaviour of lithium-ion batteries
✅ how to manage the risk of escalation on a car deck
✅ and how to make the most difficult decision: when to continue, when to change strategy, and when to withdraw personnel before the rescue operation becomes another source of risk
For shipowners and operators, this means more than a certificate. It means better-prepared crews, improved vessel and cargo protection, and operational readiness that reflects the expectations of today’s maritime industry.
