A few months ago, we launched our STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS DEPARTMENT, expanding our services to include comprehensive production of structures made from black and stainless steel for industry and construction.

Our products are manufactured in Poland and meet all European standards, including ISO 9001, EN 1090, EN 3834, EN 17660 and are CE-marked.

🚢 Update from VessTech Group! 🚢

We are excited to announce the nearing completion of the repairs onboard MV Fri Porsgrunn at Gdynia Shipyard. Our team has been working diligently on various tasks:

🔧 Mechanical services: overhaul of the main and auxiliary engines, including repairs to cylinder heads, pumps, coolers, bearings and sleeves.

⚡ Electrical services: overview of shaft and auxiliary engine generators, replacement of the gantry crane motor and main socket, repair of the intercom system and other inspections.

🔩 Welding services: repairs to cargo hold ladders, sounding pipes, main deck and coamings, gantry crane, hatch covers and many more.

Our team is currently working on a new project aboard the Nystein vessel at the Gdynia Shipyard! The scope of work includes:

🔧 Rebuilding the bulbous bow – preparation, assembly, and welding
🔧 Disassembly of the main engine heads
🔧 Burning of bottom plates
🔧 Burning of the hull plating

We're fully committed to delivering high-quality, precise work to ensure the vessel is in top shape!

🔧 Update from MV Scan Fjord service! 🔧

We would like to share that we’ve completed key maintenance work on the MV Scan Fjord for Lighthouse Ship Management!

🔹 Replacement of the hull plating in the bow section on the port side - ensuring durability and safety!

🔹 Collaboration on hydroblasting at 2800 bar pressure in the cargo hold - perfect preparation for the next steps.

Additionally, we’ve finished the replacement of aluminum on the superstructure and a pipe on the main deck, as well as the cable tray on the forward navigation light mast.
