Sales Specialist Poland - Karolina

This week, it's time to introduce someone who is one of the pillars of our sales team and a true model of loyalty and professionalism. Meet Karolina!

For nearly 10 years, Karolina has been developing her skills as an inside sales specialist at Refloactive. That means a decade of gathering invaluable product and market knowledge, which she shares with our partners every single day. Her work is all about building long-term relationships based on deep trust. She approaches every inquiry and client with incredible flexibility - for Karolina, nothing is impossible, there are only solutions that need to be perfectly tailored to individual needs.

In her daily activities, she focuses on absolute reliability and full commitment. Her main goal is continuous development and constantly raising the bar in service standards, aiming to provide even better and more professional support for our business partners day by day. It is thanks to this approach that Karolina has earned the status of an irreplaceable and trusted business partner.

Privately, Karolina is a proud mom of a teenage daughter, Lena. After an intensive day at work and hours spent talking with clients, she enjoys relaxing outdoors the most, recharging her batteries during long walks with her dog.

International Sales Manager - Robert Lipski

Today in our series, we would like to introduce Robert - a person for whom building relationships and working with people is a true passion and international markets are his natural environment.

As our International Sales Manager, Robert takes care of our clients across Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Central & Eastern Europe. He polished his unique communication skills and incredible ability to connect with people over more than 15 years... working in the casino industry in the UK, Belgium, and on cruise ships! It was there that he learned how to quickly understand the needs of people from diverse cultures and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Today, he translates that invaluable experience into success in international B2B sales. Robert doesn't look for quick transactions - his goal is to build long-term, solid partnerships based on trust and delivering reflective products perfectly tailored to the needs of distributors and wholesalers. He is persistent, incredibly approachable and as he says himself, the key to success is simply listening to the customer.

Privately, Robert is a true bundle of energy who recharges his batteries through movement and outdoor activities. He hits the gym regularly, enjoys cycling and after hours, he transforms into a passionate gardener, a master of grilling, and a relaxed fisherman.

🌿Meet our CEO - Aneta, the founder and driving force behind Refloactive. Thanks to her, classic reflective products have evolved from boring accessories into modern, aesthetic and certified promotional items.

Mrs. Aneta specializes in the development of the German market and feels perfectly at home in the international world of the promotional industry. She successfully combines business with education - not only developing the brand but also promoting awareness of safety and better visibility after dark for all road users.

She is the kind of person who can turn an idea into a finished project faster than most of us can make a cup of coffee. New solutions, custom shapes, creative packaging or unusual projects? For her, it’s all part of everyday work.

Privately, Mrs. Aneta is the mother of Kinga, the owner of two small pets, a travel enthusiast and a big fan of the German language.

Looks like the long weekend is going to be beautiful ☀️ so we’ll probably all be spending plenty of time outside - bike rides, runs, walks, a BBQ at the neighbor’s, and heading home a bit after dark 😄

And that’s exactly when it’s worth remembering one simple thing: safety.

Once it gets dark, even a short walk or the way back from the garden can be less safe than it seems - we’re simply less visible and easier to miss.

That’s why reflectors are a total game changer:
🚴 on your bike
🏃‍♀️ while running
🚶 on walks
🌙 on your way back from a BBQ, bonfire, or your allotment

It’s a small thing that can make a big difference. It doesn’t get in the way, it’s inexpensive, and it significantly improves your visibility.

So let’s enjoy the weather, recharge outdoors, and look out for each other. Let’s keep this long weekend fun and safe 💛

We often get messages asking if we can support different events - festivals, fundraisers, charity initiatives - usually by donating reflective gear. And honestly, we love that people reach out to us 💛

Unfortunately, as much as we’d like to, we simply can’t support every single request.

That doesn’t mean we’re not involved though 😉 We regularly support various initiatives and events, including sports activities. Recently, we donated reflective vests to seniors from the University of the Third Age and thousands of vests were also sent to Ukraine.

A large batch of vests also went to the Lemara Barge in Bydgoszcz.

We don’t always talk loudly about what we do or who we help - but a lot is happening behind the scenes 🙌
At the same time, the number of requests we receive is huge, so it’s just not possible for us to support every initiative.

What makes us especially happy is being able to support Bydgoszcz - our beloved city ❤️
Let’s make it a safer place together.
