Next - Intelligent Integration

Last week, we shared a short contact poster with all our Alice clients, presenting the people responsible for different areas and types of support.

Ensuring smooth, transparent, and efficient communication is very important to us. We want our clients to always know who to contact - whether it’s about new feature ideas, technical questions, onboarding matters, or everyday software usage.

We hope that clarifying these communication paths will help us respond to our clients’ requests even faster and more effectively, while also avoiding the involvement of unnecessary people in the process.

We had a great time participating in last week’s Alarm.com dealers event in Warsaw - an excellent opportunity to learn more about industry success stories, exchange experiences, and build valuable connections within the security community.

The event took place in the historic Hotel Warszawa building, once the tallest building in pre-war Warsaw, which made the experience even more memorable.

Alarm.com is already integrated with Alice, enabling our clients to benefit from two feature-rich platforms working together. At the same time, we are continuously working on deepening the integration to provide even more automation and operational possibilities.

We’re excited to announce a new integration between Alice and Camect.

With Camect now connected to Alice, users can more easily access and manage video in one place, improving visibility and speeding up incident response.

This integration helps teams reduce tool switching and get more value from their existing video security setup.
