The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic (CAAR), reinforcing the two institutes' commitment to strengthening ties between the accountancy and audit professions of Pakistan and Azerbaijan.

The memorandum was signed by 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗣 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗥 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗿𝘂𝘇𝗼𝘃, marking a renewed phase of collaboration between the two bodies.

The signing took place in Baku, as part of celebrations marking the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic's 30th anniversary, alongside an international scientific-practical conference on the theme "𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁."
