12 جون 2026ع تي روشن گهر - روشن سنڌ هيٺ مختلف ضلعن جهڙوڪ؛ لاڙڪاڻو، جيڪب آباد ۽ دادو ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم (SHS) ڪِٽس جي ورهاست جون تقريبون منعقد ڪيون ويون، جن دوران 62 اهل گهراڻن کي سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس فراهم ڪيون ويون.

هي سرگرمي سولر هوم سسٽم (آن گرڊ/آف گرڊ) منصوبي تحت عمل ۾ آئي، جيڪو حڪومتِ سنڌ جي انرجي ڊپارٽمينٽ جي مالي سهڪار سان هلي رهيو آهي ۽ سنڌ رورل سپورٽ آرگنائيزيشن (SRSO) پاران عمل ۾ آندو پيو وڃي.

سولر هوم سسٽم منصوبي جو مقصد سڄي سنڌ ۾ چونڊ جي شفاف عمل ذريعي 275,000 گهرن کي آن گرڊ ۽ آف گرڊ سولر ٽيڪنالاجي وسيلي قابلِ اعتماد، سستي ۽ پائيدار توانائي جون سهولتون فراهم ڪرڻ آهي.

هن مرحلي ۾ اهل فائدو حاصل ڪندڙن کي شفاف جاچ ۽ تصديق جي عمل کان پوءِ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس ڏنيون ويون. سڀني فائدو وٺندڙن جو اڳواٽ سروي، تصديق ۽ منظوري حڪومتِ سنڌ جي سولر انرجي پروگرام جي مقرر ڪيل اهليت جي معيار مطابق ڪئي وئي هئي.

✅ ضلعو لاڙڪاڻو جي 09 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس مهيا ڪيون ويون.
✅ ضلعو جيڪب آباد جي 09 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس ورهايون ويون.
✅ ضلعو دادو جي 44 هل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس ڏنيون ويون.

ورهاست کان اڳ فائدو وٺندڙن کي سولر هوم سسٽم جي صحيح طور لڳائڻ، استعمال ۽ سار سنڀال بابت آگاهي ڏني وئي ته جيئن هو انهن سهولتن مان وڌ کان وڌ فائدو حاصل ڪري سگهن ۽ فراهم ڪيل سامان جي ڊگهي مدي واري پائيداري کي يقيني بڻائي سگهجي.

Annual 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐏𝐃) 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐑𝐒𝐎-𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐌𝐎 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 was organized successfully in partnership with School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. The CPD training was held at Govt. Girls High School Numaish Colony and Govt. High School Sami Khairpur Mir’s and 20 Teachers at Numaish School and 22 teachers of Sami School attended the training.

The three-day training aimed to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical skills and equip them with innovative approaches to make teaching more effective, interactive, and student-centered.

AI in education & digital learning, teaching at the Right level, child development, and early childhood development were the main topics of the training which were facilitated by trained maters trainers.

Director of Education Sukkur, Hafiz Shahab Deen Indhar District Education Officer (DEO) Sukkur Ghulam Murtaza Shah, Senior Manager, SRSO Social Services Sector, & Manager EMO-Schools also visited training and interacted with participants to get feedback about learning and management.

They emphasized that continuous learning is essential for improving the quality of education and encouraged participants to apply the newly learned teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques in their daily classroom practices to ensure better learning outcomes for students.

At the concluded the training, certificates were distributed among the participating teachers.

The & representatives led by Mr. Premchand UNPPT Chair and CFO Sindh visited the Complex Sukkur, Sindh. During the visit, they attended a Community Dialogue with Rural Women Leaders, and toured the SRSO - Sartyoon Sang Crafts Enterprise outlet, and learned about crafts of rural women artisans.

Muhammad Dittal Kalhoro, CEO- , welcomed the representatives and facilitated them in visiting Sang Crafts Outlet. He briefed them ’s approach to crafts enterprise for women empowerment.

At the conclusion of the visit, the mission members and management exchanged cultural gifts and organizational mementos as tokens of appreciation and to commemorate the visit.

10 ۽ 11 جون 2026ع تي روشن گهر – روشن سنڌ هيٺ مختلف ضلعن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم (SHS #) ڪِٽس جي ورهاست جون تقريبون منعقد ڪيون ويون، جن دوران 801 اهل گهراڻن کي سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس فراهم ڪيون ويون. هي سرگرمي سولر هوم سسٽم (آن گرڊ/آف گرڊ) منصوبي تحت عمل ۾ آئي، جيڪو حڪومتِ سنڌ جي انرجي ڊپارٽمينٽ جي مالي سهڪار سان هلي رهيو آهي ۽ سنڌ رورل سپورٽ آرگنائيزيشن (SRSO #) پاران عمل ۾ آندو پيو وڃي.

✅ ضلعو شڪارپور جي 39 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس ورهايون ويون.
✅ ضلعو عمرڪوٽ جي 250 هل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس ڏنيون ويون.
✅ ضلعو ٿرپارڪر جي 233 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس ورهايون ويون.
✅ ضلعو بدين جي 24 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس مهيا ڪيون ويون.
✅ ضلعو سائوٿ ڪراچي جي 45 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس مهيا ڪيون ويون.
✅ ضلعو شهيد بينظيرآباد جي 12 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس مهيا ڪيون ويون.
✅ ضلعو نوشهرو فيروز جي 17 اهل گهراڻن ۾ سولر هوم سسٽم ڪِٽس مهيا ڪيون ويون.

تقريبن ۾ چونڊيل عوامي نمائندن، سرڪاري عملدارن، ڪميونٽي اڳواڻن، سرسو جي ٽيم ميمبرن ۽ فائدو وٺندڙن شرڪت ڪئي ۽ ورهاست واري عمل ۾ ڀرپور حصو ورتو.

ورهاست کان اڳ فائدو وٺندڙن کي سولر هوم سسٽم جي صحيح طور لڳائڻ، استعمال ۽ سار سنڀال بابت آگاهي ڏني وئي ته جيئن هو انهن سهولتن مان وڌ کان وڌ فائدو حاصل ڪري سگهن ۽ فراهم ڪيل سامان جي ڊگهي مدي واري پائيداري کي يقيني بڻائي سگهجي.

A Community Dialogue of Rural Women Leaders with the & representatives was organized by SRSO - Sindh Rural Support Organization at the SRSO Complex Sukkur on June 11, 2026. Mr. Premchand UNPPT Chair and CFO Sindh lead the delegation members.

The dialogue brought together rural women leaders and entrepreneurs from several districts of northern Sindh, including Khairpur, Sukkur, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Larkana, and Kamber-Shahdadkot.

During the interactive session, community women leaders shared their experiences, achievements, and success stories, highlighting how community institutions and livelihood initiatives have empowered rural women, contributed to sustainable community development, and helped reduce poverty in their respective areas.

Muhammad Dittal Kalhoro, CEO- , welcomed the mission and women leaders and emphasized the importance of engaging directly with organized rural women who are playing a pivotal role in driving social and economic development across Sindh.

The mission members, led by Mr. Premchand, highly appreciated the dedication, resilience, and contributions of rural women leaders in advancing inclusive development and strengthening community-led efforts towards building a more equitable and just society.

It aimed to assess on-ground implementation status, interact with beneficiaries, and review progress of key activities under the -supported project implemented by SRSO - Sindh Rural Support Organization in Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan and Badin districts.

World Bank Mission comprised on Mr. Faiz Aijaz Social Development Specialist, Mr. Hafeez Bozdar Social Development Consultant, and Mr. Imran ul Haque Senior Social Development Specialist and Mr. Muhammad Basit. Meanwhile from SIDA Mr. Asghar Mahesar General Manager and SRSO team members Manager Hyderabad region, District Manager Badin, and Assistant Manager Regional Office Hyderabad and others facilitated the mission.

During visit, they held community meetings, reviewed constructed/upgraded houses across all villages, interacted with vocational training participants and learned about how the acquired skills contributed to enhancing their income, met with beneficiaries of solar plates and allied facilities. They visited Garment Center at Matli and reviewed skill development activities and market linkage mechanisms.

The field visit successfully assessed implementation status and community-level impact. All activities implemented as planned, with positive feedback from beneficiaries. The World Bank Mission acknowledged ’s facilitation and the active participation of communities.
