Empowering Teachers, Strengthening Learning!
A successful Training of Teachers on Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) was conducted under the Balochistan Student Learning Improvement Programme (BSLIP), with the collaboration of CPD-PITE. Supported by and funded by GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP FOR EDUCATION GPE
The training focused on strengthening teachersโ skills and practical approaches to build strong foundations in reading, writing, and numeracy, helping create more effective learning experiences for students.
๐ Certificates of Participation were also awarded to teachers upon completion of the training.

Day 4 | Closing Ceremony
The fourth and final day of the four-day training on Academic Supervision and Mentoring for Primary Level concluded successfully with a closing ceremony.
The ceremony was graced by Secretary Education Lal Jan Jaffar, CEO BAEC Muneer Nodazai, Additional Secretary Saeed Dummar, Director PITE Fatima Munawar, Chief Planning Officer Khaliq Achakzai, UNICEF Education Specialist Sehrish Nagi, UNICEF Education Officer Sagheer Durrani, and Program Manager Muzamil Panezai.
The training was facilitated by our dedicated Master Trainers Dawood Kakar, Muhammad Wali, and Madam Farkhanda, whose expertise and commitment contributed significantly to the successful completion of the four-day training.
As part of the closing ceremony, Academic Supervisors were awarded certificates and provided with tablets to support their work in academic supervision, mentoring, and effective monitoring at the primary level.
The successful completion of the training marks an important step towards strengthening the capacity of Academic Supervisors and promoting quality, effective, and supportive learning environments across primary schools.
Congratulations to all the participants and facilitators on the successful completion of the training!

Day 1 | Four-Day Training on Academic Supervision & Mentoring
Day 1 of the four-day training on Academic Supervision and Mentoring for Primary-Level Education was successfully conducted for newly nominated Academic Supervisors from 13 districts of Balochistan.
The opening session was graced by Mr. Muzamil Panezai, Provincial Program Manager; Mr. Sagheer Durrani, UNICEF; and Ms. Fatima Munawar, Director PITE, CEO BAEC Muneer Nodezai, who addressed the participants and highlighted the importance of effective academic supervision and mentoring in strengthening the quality of teaching and learning at the primary level.
The training is being facilitated by Master Trainers Mr. Wali Khan, Mr. Dawood Kakar, and Madam Farkhanda, who are guiding participants through interactive sessions, practical activities, and collaborative learning approaches.
The four-day training aims to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and practical competencies of Academic Supervisors in academic supervision, mentoring, classroom support, instructional leadership, and improving learning outcomes.
