Under the Government of Balochistan's Resilience, Integration, Socio Economic Empowerment- RISE Programme, Technical & Vocational Skills Training (TVST) has commenced for the youth (Girls & Boys) from districts Kharan, Washuk, Kech, and Gwadar at COTHM Karachi and Saylani Welfare International Trust Karachi.

Designed to meet the evolving demands of the job market, these market-oriented training courses are equipping participants with practical skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience to build successful careers and sustainable livelihoods.

Together, we are investing in the next generation of skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers for a stronger, more resilient and prosperous Balochistan.

Under the European Union in Pakistan -funded 𝑷𝒐𝒔𝒕-𝒇𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒔 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 implemented by Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund through Balochistan Rural Support Programme, 5-𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔 (𝑻𝒐𝑻) 𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑, 𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑽𝒂 𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒏 was successfully completed.

The training brought together participants from 𝑷𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏, 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒊, 𝒁𝒉𝒐𝒃, 𝑲𝒉𝒖𝒛𝒅𝒂𝒓, 𝑳𝒂𝒔𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒂, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑱𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒅, equipping them with practical skills to train livestock farmers and strengthen resilient livelihoods.

The training concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony graced by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑻𝒂𝒉𝒊𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒅 (𝑪𝑬𝑶, 𝑩𝑹𝑺𝑷), 𝑫𝒓. 𝑨𝒃𝒅𝒖𝒍 𝑹𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏 (𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅, 𝑷𝑷𝑨𝑭) and others, who appreciated the participants' dedication and encouraged them to apply their knowledge for lasting community impact.

Balochistan Rural Support Programme organized an inspiring RISE Arts Competition, providing young artists with a vibrant platform to showcase their creativity, talent and vision for a brighter future.

The competition celebrated the power of art in promoting resilience, social cohesion, and youth empowerment, encouraging participants to express their ideas through colors and imagination.

Together, we are nurturing creativity, building confidence, and empowering the next generation of Balochistan.

Under the Government of Balochistan's Resilience, Integration, Socio Economic Empowerment- RISE Programme, Income Generating Grants (IGGs) were distributed among deserving beneficiaries from Kharan, Washuk, and Panjgur in a ceremony held in Balochistan Rural Support Programme office Quetta.

The event was graced by Secretary Industries & Commerce Department Balochistan, Mr. Muhammad Khalid Sarparah as the Chief Guest, along with the Deputy Commissioner Panjgur Mr. Jahanzaib Baloch, Deputy Commissioner Kharan Mr. Munir Ahmed Soomro, Deputy Commissioner District Washuk Mr. Abdul Majeed Sarprah, Additional Secretary (Staff) to Chief Secretary Balochistan Raja Athar Abbas, Govt officials, media and others.

Beneficiaries including females received productive livelihood assets enabling them to establish sustainable sources of income and achieve economic self-reliance.

The RISE Programme is transforming 80,000 lives by promoting entrepreneurship, skills development, employment opportunities, and inclusive economic growth across the province.

Under the Government of Balochistan funded Resilience, Integration, Socio Economic Empowerment- RISE Programme, Balochistan Rural Support Programme distributed Income Generating Grants (IGGs) to deserving beneficiaries in Basima Tehsil, District Washuk. The support included livestock and Grocery assets to help families establish sustainable livelihoods at village level.

Under this programme, overall 57464 IGGs will be distributed among the youth of the poorest households in 06 districts of Balochistan; Washuk, Kharan, Panjgur, Kech, Gwadar and Awaran that will contribute in improved socioeconomic conditions of rural poor.

Under the Government of Balochistan's Resilience, Integration, Socio Economic Empowerment- RISE Programme, an Income-Generating Grants (IGG) Distribution Ceremony was held by Balochistan Rural Support Programme in Panjgur to support youth from the poorest households in establishing sustainable livelihoods.

The ceremony was graced by the Assistant Commissioner Panjgur, Mr. Ifthikar Zaheer as the Chief Guest, who reaffirmed the Government of Balochistan's commitment to empowering youth through economic opportunities, enabling them to become self-reliant and contribute to the province's socio-economic development.

During the ceremony, selected youth received business assets to establish and expand enterprises in a range of trades, helping them generate sustainable income and improve their livelihoods.

The RISE Programme continues to create pathways for economic empowerment by equipping 57,464 vulnerable youth with the resources and opportunities needed to build resilient future.
