The GTA minimap has come a long way since 2001 🗺🎮

From GTA III's flat colored cirle to San Andreas adding street names and landmarks, then GTA IV and V refining it into a cleaner radar, each game reshaped how players navigate the map. GTA IV's version drops the classic circle for a rounded rectangle with a distance readout and a bold pink route line, closer to a real GPS app then anything rhe series has done before. It is a small Ul change, but it reflects how much more grounded to its predecessors.
