3 months vocational skills training program, which will eventually improve the livelihoods of BARA residents. The breakup of 625 trainees, trade wise is mention below

o 200 trainees in Embroidery
o 100 trainees in Jewelry
o 95 trainees in Building Electrician
o 90 trainees in Solar Technician
o 90 trainees in Home Appliance
o 50 trainees in Plumbing

Outcomes

The project outcome will equip the natives with demand oriented vocational skills; eventually become earning hands to their families. This will not only result in economic recovery of the area but also help the youth to streamline their energies in productive work.

• 625 youth will be registered in trainings.
• 625 trainees will be benefited with Rs 3000 Stipend per month.
• 625 trainees will be benefited with trade wise tool kits.
• 2 to 3 Life skills sessions will be conducted.
• Award of certificates to successful trainees.
• Career Counselling session will be conducted.
• Potential employers will be identified for linking with trainees.
