🏗️ Project Update | ILO Office Renovation, Islamabad — PMO & Technical Oversight

We’re pleased to share that Spectra Engineering Solutions (SES), in joint venture with Dr. Qaisar Ali Associates (DQA), is delivering Project Management Office (PMO) services for the renovation and modernization of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Office in Islamabad, Pakistan.

This assignment is focused on transforming a high-use workplace into a safer, more inclusive, and future-ready facility, aligned with key UN frameworks—including accessibility (UNDIS) and safety requirements.

Our PMO support covers:
✅ Design review & technical due diligence
✅ Procurement and tender support
✅ Construction management and quality assurance
✅ Testing, commissioning & handover readiness

Beyond physical upgrades, this renovation strengthens the operational environment that supports ILO’s mission—creating a workplace that is more resilient, efficient, and welcoming for staff and stakeholders.

I had the opportunity to attend the Business Opportunities Seminar (BOS 2025) at Islamabad Marriott Hotel — a powerful gathering jointly organized by ADB, World Bank, IsDB, and AIIB.

It was an insightful day packed with learning on procurement, consulting opportunities, and MDB project engagement. Truly valuable for anyone working in development, infrastructure, or consulting.

Special thanks to the ADB Pakistan Resident Mission (PRM) and the CDRC team for organizing such an impactful session.

🛑 Making WFP Buildings Safer — Nationwide!

✅ Support site layout for construction

I found the workshop to be incredibly informative and a great opportunity to network with fellow engineering consultants. It was particularly exciting to learn about the upcoming tenders and the $1 billion worth of engineering works expected in Pakistan! 🇵🇰
