JOB TITLE :
Daraz Virtual Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a Daraz virtual assistant to help us manage and optimize our Daraz seller account. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to our Daraz store, including product listings, order management, customer support, and marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

✅Create and manage product listings on Daraz.
✅Monitor and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
✅Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
✅Optimize product listings for improved visibility and sales.
✅Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase our presence on Daraz.
✅Analyze data and generate reports to track and improve performance.

REQUIREMENTS :

✅Previous experience as a Daraz virtual assistant or in e-commerce is a plus.
✅Familiarity with the Daraz platform and its seller tools.
✅Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
✅Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

WORKING CONDITIONS :
This is a remote, part-time or full-time position.
Flexible working hours.
