یہ نفرت کے لیے نہیں،
بلکہ سوچ جگانے کے لیے ہے۔
اگر ہم بدلنا چاہیں، تو دنیا بدل سکتی ہے۔

دنیا ہر روز آپ سے دوڑنے کی توقع رکھتی ہے۔
لیکن سچ بتاؤں؟
ہر وقت بھاگتے رہنا انسان کو تھکا دیتا ہے — باہر سے بھی، اندر سے بھی۔

کبھی کبھی زندگی خود کہتی ہے:
“رک جا… ذرا سانس لے… پھر آگے چلیں گے.”

اور یہی وہ لمحہ ہوتا ہے جہاں اصل طاقت چھپی ہوتی ہے۔
طاقت ہمیشہ شور میں نہیں ہوتی،
کبھی وہ خاموشی میں بھی مل جاتی ہے۔

جب آپ رکتے ہیں تو آپ گرتے نہیں،
آپ سمجھتے ہیں۔
آپ غور کرتے ہیں کہ کہاں غلطی ہوئی،
کیا سیکھنا تھا،
اور اگلا قدم کس طرح بہتر رکھنا ہے۔
لوگ سمجھتے ہیں رک جانا ہار ہے،
لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ
جو انسان خود کو سمجھنے کے لیے رکتا ہے، وہ کبھی زندگی سے نہیں ہارتا۔

یاد رکھیں:
جو رفتار سے جیتا ہے، وہ کبھی کبھی تھک کر رک جاتا ہے۔
لیکن جو سمجھ کر چلتا ہے، وہ آخر تک پہنچ جاتا ہے۔

تو اگر آج آپ تھک گئے ہیں…
اگر دل بوجھل ہے…
اگر دماغ خاموش ہے…
تو گھبرائیں نہیں۔

یہ وہ لمحہ ہے جو آپ کو دوبارہ ترتیب دے رہا ہے۔
دوبارہ بنانے کی تیاری کر رہا ہے۔
آپ کے اندر وہ نئی طاقت جگا رہا ہے جس کا آپ کو خود بھی اندازہ نہیں۔
اٹھیں گے ضرور،
چلیں گے بھی،
لیکن اس بار پہلے سے زیادہ مضبوط،
پہلے سے زیادہ پُرسکون،
اور پہلے سے زیادہ سمجھدار۔
