Sub-Engineer (Field Technician): 1 year Experience or Fresher

Job Description:

- Installation, commissioning of SDR and W301 alarm patching.
- Communicates regularly with the customer, Team Lead, and/or Project Manager, to stay abreast of changes in work task and deadlines
- Coordinates the day-to-day work assignments and schedule of crewmembers, which may consist of temp labor.
- Interacts with the client, contractors and vendors on the job site (may attend contractor meetings)
- Creates a positive work environment on the job site at all times
- Assures that all work is at the quality level expected by H&M NetWorks
- Verifies work hours of crewmembers on a daily basis
- Delegates work tasks to crewmembers and verifies that work delegated is being completed within a reasonable amount of time and with quality
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- Helps maintain a safe work environment for all crewmembers
- Works as a crew leader, which installs cable, supports, and miscellaneous hardware as found in telecommunication systems and networks
- Works as a crew leader, which terminates, tests, and troubleshoots copper cabling found in telecommunication systems and networks
- May work and direct a crew of 2 to 4 installers/riggers and helpers while under the supervision of a Team Lead or Managers
- Assists in all aspects of the project as directed by the Team Lead
- Ability to work independently or with other service technicians performing service calls completing adds, moves and changes. Updates customer prints and documentation as required
- Completes work orders, material transfer forms, and other documentation required by the company
- Responsible for all the activities in zone like Site creation, TRX addition, Creation, deletion, Sites rehoming faulty material management, Planned Outage, Quality alarms, Zero traffic cells etc.

Team Lead (Telecom Engineer): 1 Year Experience or Fresher

Job Description:
•The entire installation configuration, commissioning and testing of SDR and Power Equipment.
•Troubleshooting of SDR Equipment at different sites of customer.
•To maintain the Transmission Link including Microwave Links.
•To coordinate with BSC Engineer in order to check the status of sites.
•Make sure all operation and maintenance measures of all Non PAT sites.
•Trouble shooting during O & M.
•BSC Patching and also through the Media of sites. E1 Patching site to site.
• Should have good hand on experience on Media from BSC to site end.
•Perform complete SDR expansion.
•Complete E1 expansion along with commissioning from node and BSC end.
•Coordinate with internal Project Manager and External Project Manager, Co-ordination with Authorized people for preparing the Planning.
•Send the daily report to our Project Team.
•Perform Bit Error Result test (use BER tester & DBS Software).
