Tried to minimize overhang of crown and its bulkiness,restored premolar with contact and contour

Mission Implant Abort:
Patient presents with BDR's in oeft upper 7 region,wants replacement of her tooth-
Planning was done for immediate implant with difficulties assessed as
1- supra-erupted 6 and buccal oriented 8
2- bone loss with remaining bone level at 7mm along BDR's
3- primary stability

On CBCT, saggital axis view and PA, it was a green signal regarding height, on coronal and axial section, bone was a bit compromised but workable. Clinically when roots were removed, and implant drilling was started, there was no achorage, mission immediate implant was aborted and socket preservation was done for delayed implant.

After file Retrieval, case was completed as shown.
Mb2 with different point of exit-for those who say no need to prep it,it usually converges with MB1. what if your case is like this.
